Most of us were never taught how to manage money. We learned to earn it and spend it, but not how to use it to build the life we actually want.
CONTROL is a five-session 1-2-1 mentoring programme designed to help you understand your full financial picture, decide where you want to be, and build a realistic plan to get there.
How it works
Five personalised 55-minute sessions over 8 to 12 weeks.
You'll work with the CONTROL Workbook throughout: a guided companion with frameworks, exercises, and tracking tools. You never have to share your actual numbers with me. The workbook is yours to complete privately. I teach you the frameworks. You apply them to your own situation, in your own time.
By the end, you'll know exactly what you have, where it's going, and what it's building. You'll have a budget that reflects your values, not just your outgoings. We will have looked at your pension, your emergency fund, and your longer-term goals. You will have designed a monthly routine that takes 30 minutes and feels easy.

We start with the beliefs you hold about money, where they came from, and how to shift the ones that are holding you back. You'll calculate your net worth and understand what that number actually means and why it matters more than your salary.

You'll create a budget that reflects your values, not just your outgoings. We'll calculate your real savings potential, which is the number that makes everything else possible and is the foundation for goal setting.

We will have a look at your pension to understand if there is a gap between your projected pension income and what you will actually need. We will define financial goals that align with the life you want to build.

We will set you up so you are building an emergency fund, and have a plan for any debt you're carrying.

We review your account structure, look at the protections worth having, and set up a simple monthly routine that keeps you on track to achieve your goals.
